PERIMENOPAUSE
What is perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the transitional phase before menopause. Your hormones begin to shift – and with them, your inner balance.
When does it begin?
Often between the ages of 40 and 45. Sometimes earlier.
How long does it last?
Usually several years – until your cycle fully stops (12 months without menstruation).
What are typical symptoms?
Lighter or disrupted sleep.
More fluctuating moods.
Hot flashes.
Brain fog.
Less energy – and at the same time increased sensitivity.
How do I recognize it?
Your body responds differently than before.
Your cycle becomes less predictable.

Is this menopause?
