The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business transactions between «URSINA FRIED & PARTNER» and our customers. They apply for the duration of the business relationship. With the assignment, these conditions are considered accepted. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing in advance.

 

The client’s (coachee/client’s) obligation to cooperate

The coaching takes place on the basis of the preparatory discussions held between the parties. It is based on cooperation and mutual trust. We draw your attention to the fact that coaching is a free, active and self-responsible process and that certain successes cannot be guaranteed. The coach stands by the client as a process facilitator and supporter in making decisions and making changes - the actual change work is done by the client. The client should therefore be willing and open to dealing with himself and his situation. The requirement for the client also applies to advice, services and training and trainer work.

 

Scope of order and conditions

The scope of the order and the detailed goals are recorded in a separate agreement. At the beginning of a process, "URSINA FRIED & PARTNER Ursina Fried" clarifies the respective expectations of the coaching together with the client (corporate customer or representative), the client (coachee) and possibly the client's supervisor. The hourly rates may vary depending on the coaching assignment. These are recorded separately in the agreement. The daily rates are set jointly, depending on the service and the total volume of the order, times of the day are set separately. For workshops, seminars, lectures and other services, we make a tailor-made, binding offer (including pre- and post-processing).

"URSINA FRIED & PARTNER" usually issues invoices at the end of the month or after the service has been rendered, payable within 15 days. Individual coaching is to be paid in cash. Coaching packages and/or flat-rate offers are due within 20 days of the start of the coaching or flat-rate offer. All prices of our services include VAT.

expenses

Additional expenses for personality profiles or similar that are created in connection with one of our work in consultation with the customer or client will be effectively charged.

For meetings outside of Zurich, travel time will be charged at an hourly rate of CHF 160.00. For train journeys we charge half-fare tickets (1st class), for car journeys the additional costs are CHF 0.75/km (round trip).

All prices mentioned can be regulated individually.

Conditions of withdrawal / cancellation costs

Coaching Sessions:

The coaching session can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, for Monday appointments up to Friday 12:00 p.m., after which the fee is due in full.

Workshops, seminars, lectures, other services:

Up to 5 working days before the start of the order, we will charge for our actual preparatory work including expenses (according to the agreed daily rate for implementation). In the case of withdrawal less than 5 working days before the start of the order, at least 50% of the offer amount will be charged. After the start of the order, the total amount will be charged.

confidentiality

We undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality towards third parties about all operational, business and private matters of the client that have become known in the course of the activity, even after the termination of the contract.

«URSINA FRIED & PARTNER» is subject to confidentiality. However, he reserves the right to revoke his duty of confidentiality should a risk of injury to himself or others become apparent. In this case, he will contact a professional body.

Copyright, Terms of Use

The copyright to all documents, concepts, drafts and other materials created by «URSINA FRIED & PARTNER» within the scope of the service remains with «URSINA FRIED & PARTNER».

All material in any form created by "URSINA FRIED & PARTNER" as part of a service or made available to the customer as part of the provision of a service may only be used with the express written consent of "URSINA FRIED & PARTNER"   be reproduced, published or made publicly available. In particular, it may not be used, revised, rewritten or modified or adapted in any other way for similar services.

 

Liability

Our work is purely a service activity. Success is neither guaranteed nor owed. Any liability is excluded. All participants are insured personally or through their employer. Any data is sent or transmitted electronically at the risk of the client.

 

insurance coverage

The organizer of team coaching, seminars, workshops, etc. is always the client. Neither participants nor coachees therefore have any insurance cover from «URSINA FRIED & PARTNER».

 

place of jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Horgen. Swiss law applies.

 

final provision

Should individual provisions of the contract with the client, including these General Terms and Conditions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The wholly or partially ineffective regulation should be replaced by a regulation whose economic success comes as close as possible to that of the ineffective one.
